Tiny – Social Media Campaign

Aim: To increase the revenue, sales volume, conversion rate, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) metrics of the online sales channel, https://www.tinybrandshop.com/, a personalized performance marketing communication strategy was implemented throughout July, focusing on modest advertising expenses.

Result: With a modest budget of 20,915 TL, the campaign yielded impressive results during the 30-day period. The advertising efforts included showing ads to 150,049 unique users with a frequency of 5. There were 36,594 interactions, resulting in 60,949 visits to the website. Through these efforts, 1,233 purchases were made. Since the advertising was limited to social media and Google Search, with no additional advertising platforms utilized, the campaign relied on direct and organic channels, leading to a remarkable ROAS of 5000%. The conversion rate during the communication period was 1.35%, with 1,233 orders placed. This campaign achieved results above the industry standards across many critical metrics and set a new record for the brand in terms of turnover and profitability.

Aim : Increase turnover, sales, conversion rate and ROAS metrics of the online sales channel – wearsisters.com with a personalized performance marketing communication that continues throughout June.

Result : As a result of a modest budget expenditure of 5,613 TL; during the 30-day period, advertisements were shown to 78,829 unique users with 4 frequencies. A turnover of 218,533 TL was achieved in return for 213 purchases over 6,029 interactions and 4,941 visitors. In the communication period, the conversion rate was 3.12%, the number of products sold was 296, the order number was 213, and the average basket amount was 1.025 TL.

Yuka – Mother’s Day Social Media Campaign

Aim : To ensure that people who stay away from their mothers due to social distance rules overcome the distance with Yuka gift options and increase turnover with periodic communication.

Result : The users are segmented according to the action they take on the site and a different message is given to each segmentation. During the 11-day period, advertisements were shown to 147,232 unique users with a frequency of 2.28. 4,239 interactions, 10,743 content views and 100 purchases were obtained. While ROAS was finalized at 20.49, 230 purchases including assisted conversions on the website during the corresponding period were made. Since there is no use of advertising channels other than social media, ROAS was calculated at the level of 47.8, together with the purchases from direct and organic conversions which were achieved through advertising. In the communication period, the response rate was 2.20%, the number of products sold was 230, and the average basket amount was 279 TL. 48.70% of the turnover was achieved through new visitors. This campaign, which brought 20 TL for every 1 L spent, also helped the brand break a turnover record.
